The World Literacy Foundation was founded to eradicate illiteracy. We strongly believe that education is a fundamental human right, and that all children should have access to quality education. We advocate for better global literacy standards and strive for a just world where all children can read and write to reach their potential and transcend beyond.
Since our establishment in 2003, the World Literacy Foundation has steadily grown to align with the needs of a continually evolving education sector.
