Support women in education in Zimbabwe

In Zimbabwe, students must pay to attend school, and like in many other developing countries, families don’t always support their daughters in continuing their education. To ensure that we continue supporting young women in our programming, we are expanding our efforts to reach them earlier in their educational journey. By providing scholarships to girls in need, we can help maintain our commitment to at least 50% female representation in our program. These young women are currently in their freshman and sophomore years, and with your support, we can help them continue through their senior year of high school. This support will position them to apply for our program, where we train students for remote, full-time roles with companies operating in Zimbabwe. By investing in these students now, we can build talent from within and help reduce the brain drain, ultimately uplifting the communities where these girls live and work.
